Who make the best one? Where can you get the aluminum one? Who make the best plastic one?

I personally would stay away from the aluminum ones.  In my opinion and many others on this board the CMT 6pos mil spec stock is best for the money.  If money is not an issue than go with a Vltor or Magpul stock.

CMT, Stag Arms, LMT M4 and SOPMOD, Colt, Vltor and Magpul are all pretty good.
