What kind of accuracy can be expected from a 20" version of this barrel?  I know they probably aren't top of the line target barrels but what kind of MOA is achievable with a good handload that it likes?  I'm looking at converting my postban Bushy into a Varmint/Target setup without breaking the bank.

Easily 1 MOA, but I don't think 1/2 MOA is out of the question with the right ammo, the right optics AND the right shooter.

I have a twenty inch "heavy" stainless DPMS barrel--not even their full "bull" contour.  Mine will shoot consistant .3-.4 inch groups at 100 yards AFTER it is warmed-up and fouled a little......It doesn't like the CCB shot, but once warmed up, if I do my part, she's a shooter.

Here's pics of best two groups from set-up.....not "average" groups, but not the only two like it either:
