| I have a Bushmaster 20" A2 and I want to put a flattop upper on it to make a A4.Are the CMT parts up with the Bushmaster, colt and RRA stuff? I have a std 20" govt profile bbl on the Bushmaster, If I get the feed ramp cuts in the upper, will that be a problem? Thanks |
Your statement does not make sense. How do M4 feedramps cause jambs? |

Wellll. Igot one from Denny too, and had to play with it a bit, tho nothing major. First, it took both hands to close the ejection port cover when I got it, because the edge of the port hadn't been chamfered. Second, the finish started wearing off the forward assist body with the very first push. For the first, I had to use a small curved needle file to create a chamfer (4-5 min work), then had to pull the forward assist assy, and chamfer off the razor sharp edges at the edge of the FA hole (30-35 min). Action cover now closes w/one thumb push, and FA can be operated 50 times w/no wear on the barrel of the assist. Not major issues, but indicative of the rush that the end of the AWB has put on the industry. I'll be happy when we get some tighter QC back in the world----if we ever do
