Does anyone know if Bushmaster will Remanufacture a lower (in this case Pre-ban) for it's customers if the lower has "seen better days", broken, etc. (Obviously for a price) Like the kind of service Oly will provide? http://www.olyarms.com/castorforged.html (Bottom of page) --Mark |

The law does allow for a receiver to be replaced by the manufacturer with another one bearing the same serial number. The original has to be destroyed by the manufacturer, though. I have heard that Bushmaster will do this. But I can't speak for them and you'd best check with them directly. CJ |
I was just curious enough to find it: http://www.bradycampaign.org/press/release.php?release=551 (deliberately not hotlinked) I kinda feel like I need a shower after looking through that site. I always hate browsing websites like that, there should be a law against them  .
