I know a place that sells them...

The 46C, or 50C would work for you.

Don't worry, it'll work fine on your RRA.

If it's a newer production RRA flat top, then it shold go fine. If not, RRA will most likely exchange the receiver for one with the mil spec. dim's. I wouldn't worry about it.

I wouldn't worry about it either, but, you asked why they wouldn't, not whether or not it's currently an issue.

The reason they won't guarantee a "fit" w/ RRA is because for a while the RRA uppers were not close enough to spec. to allow the SIR's top rail to properly mount to the RRA upper receiver.  Having said that, I don't believe it's an issue any longer.

Any of them.  The bilevel is for cowitnessing with the EOTech sights.  Any SIR with the ARMS #22 M68 ring will cowitness with the SIR and #40 BUIS.  If you want to mount it further forward on a bilevel SIR, get either the raised rail attachemnt for the bilevel portion or get a spacer for the Aimpoint ring.
