what type of upper can be used pre or post ban and can a collapsible stock be used

The '94 AW ban does not apply to a FAB10, as it has a fixed magazine holding 10 rounds. You can put it on a preban upper and have a collapsible stock.

M4-guy has it right you can use either pre or post ban uppers, flash suppressors, collapsible or fixed stocks, bayonet lugs are also OK. The FAB 10 is not considered an assault weapon so the "normal" rules wouldnt apply.
