which phantom flash hider do you like better ,the old 4 slot with the forked edge or the new 5 slot without the forked edge

I have both, they both work great! I've never needed the wire cutter function that the "forks" are used for, though. IMO, I would recommend either over the Vortex.

I have had both and like the new style phantom the best. I have one on my current M4gery. As good as the old style was at suppression, the new style is better and it does'nt tear up my rifle cases either.
