| I've seen Douglas, Shilen, Kreiger recommended but these all seem to require gunsmith installation, to thread, chamber, drill the gas hole etc. Does anyone make a quality drop-in match barrel? |
| Most of the custom gunsmiths will make a barrel for you, ready to drop in. I've gotten them from Krieger, Compass Lake Engineering (Frank White), and White Oak Precision (John Holliger). The price depends on the blank they start with and the particular features you request. |
