What is a NEW Colt m4(marked) 14.5" upper complete with; B/C/CH, KAC RIS, KAC 300m BIS, and a New type Vortex(not yet pinned on) worth?
There are no white #'s on top rail of receiver.

I was thinking that J&T Distributing was selling the 14.5" Colt M4 uppers for around $900 last year. And that was without all the extras you have listed.
