I built a rifle a while back on a stripped Griffin MK2 lower and I've been really happy with it. Mags drop free, all of the machining appears to be on the tighter end of tolerances, etc. Mine is a snug fit with the BCM upper. It's a black lower, but their Terra Brown is good looking, and Griffin's anodizing is very consistent, unlike Geissele's DDC, which ranges all over the place from tan to damn-near Terra Brown. |

Put this one together today. Threw the mount on there so you so see the difference between the ADM tano and the current Geissele DDC. The upper is a PSA Sabre tano blem that I snagged for 30 bucks a month or two ago. But I have a Geissele stripped upper enroute that is a much better match for the lower, buffer tube and handguard. ADM 13.9 P&W with Surefire 3 prong, RC2 Mini, Romeo 4T with G45 5X in Arisaka QD Mount and SF Scout Turbo with Unity switch. This gun is extremely accurate. Used it in a Ben Stoeger class a couple weeks ago and had it out for a training session Saturday. Attached File |
