I haven't heard much about this rifle, although it seems to be excellent quality. A local shop has one for a pretty good price. Just curious what the general opinion is on these?

A shop owner about an hour from me got a Barret AR in a few weeks back. He was quite proud of it.
I handled it a bit, but it sure seemed like most ARs.
I'm no expert though.

I have one in 5.56 but have yet to shoot it. Fit and finish are top notch. Price was about the same as a Daniel Defense. One of these days I will get to the range with it.
