I have a Seekins Adjustable gas block and I'm running a Trinity Force Atlas Rail. As you can see the rail covers the set screw perfectly. I'm wondering one I tune the gas block to one ammo and turn the screw open one turn when I'm done do you think I'm going to need to adjust the gas block much more if I change ammo. This is my first adjustable gas block build. I don't want to change ammo and have the bolt not cycle. Wondering if I should cut the section of the rail out. I though about drilling a hole but I think it would look stupid.

Dremel that opening enough or drill it to allow that screw to fit or get a Syrac gas block and be done with it.
I wouldn't worry how it looked, as long as you do a clean job.

Not familiar with the handguard...is it one that can be removed via screws or such?  If you can easily remove it and set it according to the instructions and easily reinstall it, you probably won't have to constantly putz with adjustment.

If you're going to go back and forth from standard and suppressed, you'll probably want quicker, easier access by doing the dremel mod.

If you're shooting something like 40g BB's and then going to 68-77g heavy bullets, you may have to adjust the gas...maybe.

Most people find they don't really "have to" adjust gas in most cases, but situations can vary.

I have two of those Seekins units, and they work great...simple and affordable.  I have them on a 10.5" and 16" AR15 that will occasionally run a suppressor.

Thank you very much for advice and yes it's easily removable. This is a cheapo build I won most of the parts from online auctions. I will leave it for now and if for some reason it needs to be adjusted frequently then I will bust the dremel out.
