I've started getting emails from Delta Team Tactical. Looks like decent prices, anyone have any experience with them?

Long story short: Decent stuff at good prices, but wait times are very long and many have had issues getting their stuff. A lot of times their "in-stock" items havent even been ordered yet and customer service sucks. Their FB page had a 1.5 star rating and pages of complaints. Looks like they may have deleted it. |

They have nothing I would buy. This. I told my co-worker the same but he insisted on buying from them because of price. He bought a 15" keymod rail for $51

I have bought little things from them with no problems at all, quick ship, parts fit and function fine. It seems the only parts they have any problems getting out in a timely manner are the major components such as barrels, BCG, LPK's
I did buy a heavy duty buffer tube kit from the and it was well made and has functioned with no problems at all on my .300 Blk which has about 1000 rounds on it, when I bought it, said in stock and I had it in 3 days. |

I ordered a 16" 7.62 x39 ar barrel from them. In the picture there was a pinned fsp and it included barrel nut, colt carbine handguards, and flash hider.
When I got I noticed inside the barrel looks like it has grease in it. I ran a couple patches though it and when I looked again I realised it was totally covered in pitting and rust. There was so much rust that there wasn't a clean surface inside the barrel. Also the fsp wasn't pinned at all but held on with a single set screw through the bayonet lug. I tried emailing and calling for a couple days before I finally got a hold of someone on their chat box. She sent me a return voucher and I returned it. I had previously bought a knockoff sopmod stock from them that actually isn't half bad. I won't be ordering anymore barrels from them. |

But seriously, I have no idea of the manufacturer or location. What I have seen on this site and others...and no I'm not going to try to link them...Google...are lots of complaints about ship time, lack of communication, and items not quite meeting description. It seems there are hot-and-cold results all over the place. The problem...too many bad reports. Even the best manufacturers and suppliers can have a hiccup, but these guys have way more than their share of honest mistakes. I was going to buy one of those ultra-cheap AR15 handguards for a really cheap build to stuff in a pickup bed toolbox. A little research convinced me to avoid. |

I have only had one transaction with them.
They had a 4" pistol handguard I wanted, and on for CRAZY cheap ($17). They shipped me a different version than what was pictured on their website. I didnt want it, but for the price I decided to just keep it. I called them to talk about it but all you can get is voicemail. They never called me back.

The OP will make his mind up based on what he reads, or he might just go looking for another company! And just to point out, this is not a tech thread and it belongs in the GD section! |

Your post count or opinion are not what I am referring to. I have seen 3 discussions now on DTT, in each one members are pissed off at DTT and all of a sudden someone pops in with a new join date and 1-3 post count singing the praises of DTT.
If a member asks, I will truthfully tell them my opinion and recount my experience with DTT.From there they can make up their own mind. Wish I would have asked first. |

I agree, there is a lot of pissed off people with DTT, but I am just saying, some of us have not had bad luck.
I really don't care who people buy from, I make my mind up, if I have trouble, then I deal with the company or my credit card company about it. But for the most part I don't get pissed I just take care of it. That said, it is up to the moderators to determine who is a schill and they do a pretty good job of getting it shut down quite quickly around here. |

I ordered three buffer tube assemblies from them and have the following comments to offer:
1. I will not use the castle nuts as they fit loose and seem shorter than other vendors. 2. The buffers are a bit noisier than others but continue to function fine. 3. The buffer tubes have a tighter fit for my stocks (magpul, Vltor) which was nice, however, one of the tubes is already shot. The threads are shot and the whole tube rotates.. 4. The springs i haven't used. Bottom line, they shipped what I ordered and I received what I expected. However, my expectations were not BCM quality at a sub market price.... Good luck! |

Other than buying a few parts from them, I don't have anything to do with them, I am not emotionally involved in any of the gun companies out there. I am not stupid enough to invest my money in gun companies other than the one I own, which does not sell parts to the public. Calling people out because they make accusations in a thread that nothing has happened in, nobody is schilling in this thread, just relating experiences with them. I happen to be one that has had no problem with them. That said, I have bought a hell of a lot of parts over the last year from a hell of a lot of companies. As I said in my first post in this thread, I have had experience with them, purchased small parts, gas blocks, charging handles, 2 buffer tube kits with spring and buffer, etc. Perhaps I have not had any problem because where they are located and I am located, it actually a quick ship, normally 3 days via USPS Priority. So I guess I would say in my personal experience I would say 7-8. But yes, I have ordered 3 or 4 times from them now and it always shows up quickly, which better than I can say for PSA, some of my PSA orders have taken 10-12 days to get here. The only other company that gets stuff to me in 3 days is Joe Bob's I have had good luck with them as well. |
