I am building an M16A4 clone, and need help finding the right rail covers to buy to fill out the empty spot on the rail.
I have a KAC M5 RAS with 4 rail covers that were included. I am a bit confused about how to count the ribs due to conflicting info online. I want to add the vertical grip as well. What rail covers do I need to cover all unused sections of the rail including the KAC VFG on the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a personal preference issue which only you can decide.
This depends on where you want to locate the forward grip and whether you can live with or want exposed rails. A tape measure will be helpful once you get the forward hand grip located where you want. |

You will need the following KAC rail covers - Top: 11 Rib and 9 Rib Sides: 11 Rib and 5 Rib Bottom: 9 Rib and 6 Rib with a KAC Vertical Fore Grip Cheers
