| I bought an Anderson Manufacturing AR15 Lower today. I've been using CMMG LPK's for a few years now with no problems until today. The grip doesn't seem to want to seat tight on receiver and is very loose. I used 2 different grips from 2 different LPK's and the same problem. I believe the problem is with the receiver. Anybody experience problems with Anderson Manufacturing? Pat. |
| The grip screw is most likely threaded for a 3/4 inch grip screw. You can cut off a little more than 1/4 inch off the grip screw and it'll tighten up. Most manufactures thread it for the standard 1 inch grip screws. Anderson Doesnt. theres nothing wrong with your lower. |

Yep, I have SEVERAL Anderson's, some even SBR'd that have the shorter grip screw threading. My local Ace sells the correct size hex screw in 3/4, 7/8 and 1". I have several of each seeing as it was only a few bucks to buy them.
There's nothing wrong with your lower. Business as usual for Anderson. |
