I have an Anderson Mfg 16" barrel I need to have drilled for FSB pins. I've looked
at the clamp on style FSB and no thanks.

There isn't anywhere near me I'd trust with this job. Where is the best place to send my barrel to
get this work done?

Thanks,
Bob

Adco - They are a site sponsor and I haven't ever read anything negative.

They will be doing my barrel next month.

While ADCO does good work, I would recommend John Thomas, one of the Retro forum's heroes. Fast turnaround, great prices and excellent work.

Thanks y'all!!

For the money they're asking for this service ($90) I think I will
buy another barrel that is already drilled and save this barrel for another build later on.

You cant buy a pre-drilled barrel expecting that your existing FSB will fit.  It will not.

It requires a little bit of work to get that thing mounted straight. Don't gawk at the price too much..
The thrill of saving a few dollars lasts a minute. The memory of poor quality lasts a lifetime.

The clamp on  FSB from armalite works pretty well but you seem put off buy it in the OP.
And its not 90$ to install.....
