Shot a new rifle I built today.  I have a set of Troy flip up sights on it.  At 25 yards it hit about 2in high and I could not adjust the front sight out anymore.  For whatever reason I believe I need a taller front sight post.  Any other suggestions or anyone know where I can get one
 Thanks

What type of gas block did you put on it, is it one like some of the manufactures use with the rail on it?  Also, remember if you are shooting low, you need to go DOWN with the post, if you are shooting high you need to go UP with the post, always follow the bullet when setting your iron sights.  Here is a link to an article that was posted on here a few years ago about ballistics and sighting in:

The sight is on a rail and the gas block is just a low profile clamp block under the rail.  I was shooting high to I'very been raising the sight.  My impacts have been moving accordingly but I've just run out of adjustment.  I just purchased a post from DSG arms that claims to be .040 taller.  Hopefully that will give me enough to get zeroed.
