Hey everyone. I have been building my second lower and have been building it with everything I want that the last build didn't have. I want to add some enhanced pins at least for the take down pin.  I know some will say there's no need for one and I understand that way of thinking but I like the idea of having an enhanced take down pin.  I am looking at the BAD enhanced take down pin and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it or recommendations on a good enhanced pin that was not over the top of would be in the way?

I like the BAD pin set, (get both or it won't match:) ) I used them on my PDW that requires you pop the upper off to disassemble and they make it a touch easier by being a tiny bit more proud on the left side of the rifle.

I've got them on my go to rifle and I could honestly say I would do it again, in fact I am going to purchase another set for one of my other rifles.

I think the BAD pin sets are easier to manipulate.
I have used them in my last few builds.

I'm picking up all the little parts for my next build and the BAD set is on the list. The 2A Arms set looks good as the the Rainier Arms one, but the little features on the BAD on seal the deal for me.

I put a set of the BAD EPS on my first SBR. All my future builds will have them now.

They're easier for me to manipulate. Also, I've stopped buying LPKs. The only thing I used in them after upgrading to EPS were buffer retainer/spring, mag catch/spring, and bolt catch assembly. I buy those separately now for about $15 per set.

Go for it, the Bad pins are a great upgrade.

I guess I'm the only one that had the rear pin push out when I was manipulating the gun.  Every time I'd look down the rear pin would be pushed out a little bit.

So far it seems the bad pins are the better ones out there.  This is only my second build but as much as i like the lower parts kit price tag in the end its better to buy everything I want before investing in the standard parts and changing them out later on.  I will be ordering a set tonight.  Thanks for everyones input.
