PSA doesn't like to disclose where batches of their stuff comes from.

Some have O's, others have Anchor Harvey or whatever.

It's not really important anyway. It's quality.

Thanks for your reply I just wanted to know why no forge mark on that particular one when all my other psa uppers and bcm upper has forge mark.Guess I'm worried about getting lesser quality parts for example PTAC in my opinion. This was the only time though that I've had a problem with their customer service though. However they are human and everyone has bad days once in a while. They acted if they didn't want to bother with it in the first place and the lady really didn't know what I was talking about. Thanks again. They supposed to get me more information on Monday on why no forge mark.

Forge marks don't mean anything.  Way more important is who did the matching. Or if not who, at least that is on spec.  PSA doesn't do their own matching and who knows who does it, but it is probably fine.

No reason to care who forged it.  Probably whoever was cheapest at the time for the company who did the maching.

It's completely inconsequential. I think they handled your call perfectly, and I've never done business with PSA. Your complaint is on par with saying "this parkerizing isn't dark enough", "I don't like the shape of this staking", "this roll pin isn't shiny enough".

Why should they incur any cost for your whining about something that is a non issue? The raw forging has little to no impact on the final assembled quality of the upper.

I have 5 BCM M4 uppers. 3 out of 5 are anchor Harvey. 2 are blank.

Of the 4 I used, all have extremely tight upper to barrel fit, perfect feedramp/cut alignment, and fit well to various lowers.

You can keep the sarcasm to yourself. As far as whining I simply had a concern as to which I have never had this type of issue before which is why I am here to find out how much of an issue it really is.You.might know more than myself and others about ars so what may be whining to you however I call it a concern because I not know any better as this is my first experience with this issue. Thanks for replying. As far as their customer service I simply stated they acted as  if they knew nothing what I was talking about and acted like they didn't want to be bothered with at this point in time as to where before they had treated me well.Again though I appreciate your help as your statement with the bcm having no forge marks makes me feel like its a non issue now also so thanks and glad I came here for the info.

You're putting far too much thought into it.

The forge mark you see only says what foundry made the receiver blank.  It's more important that the receiver blank is milled well, and to standard specs.

A receiver blank from a great foundry could be milled very badly, whereas a blank from a foundry nobody's heard of could be milled beautifully and to perfect specs.  Paying attention to the company that you're buying from - and their reputation - is more important than the details about what forge the original receiver blank came from.
