If so what do you think?
thanks

Spend your money elsewhere.

What were you going to order from them? I am 500+ rounds into their 7.5" 5.56 upper without issues, but the gas block was a bit loose upon delivery.

There are people saying their 16" melonite barrels have quality control issues, and others who argue they are fine.

This question comes up a lot, should be plenty of recent search results.

saw the AIM ad for a RA AR for under $500.  That's crazy to me.

Barrel extensions aren't torqued. Would avoid like the plague.

I've used two of their uppers (5.56 and 7.62x39) with zero issues - including swapping out the flash hiders using a Geissele reaction rod - which is where the comments about "improper torque" are coming from some folks.

Radical Firearms tells people on their website NOT to use the Geissele reaction rod for flash hider removal and most any top flight gunsmith will tell you to use a barrel clamp which is what they do when they are doing flash hider removal and installation.

Over the last two years the Geissele reaction rod has been the basis for the bulk of the anti-RF comments on here.

There has been one fellow who said he got a "short" pistol barrel from them and someone who seconded it.

There has also been at least one instance where one of their competitor's played a hand in getting some false claims made on here which the mods deleted from what I understand.

I'll give you an objective reason why you can be comfortable with Radical Firearms.

Primary Arms continues to use their products for the value buyers and over the last four years Primary Arms is who I've learned to trust to get me GTG guns, parts and accessories on a  consistently "better than the rest" basis.

I had a 10.5" 300bo upper from them..no complaints but only put about 300 rds through it before i built another Rainier arms upper to replace it. I personally just trust the rainier arms upper more being as i have an almost identical 8.5" setup for years and its super accurate and reliable.

For RF, i can't say id trust it as a SHTF firearm yet but for the range it worked as it should..rarely cleaned..fired suppressed and without, supers and subs..never an issue. I won't speak on accuracy for long range but at the indoor range where my suppressors where being held hostage i had 5 rounds touching at 25yrds with red dot using magazine as a monopod.

Have several items from them.  Zero complaints.  Zero problems.

I've got a 10.5" railed upper from them on a pistol, and it has been great.  It is just a plain parkerized barrel and was not expensive, especially with a railed handguard.  The quality of assembly was excellent.  I'd buy again from them.

I think I have 2 16" mid-length barrels from them. No issues. About 1k rounds through each. Not particularly accurate, however.

I have an 8.5" 300 Blackout barrel of theirs on my girlfriends daughters rifle and its alright. Functions well but accuracy isn't mind blowing. I'd love to replace it with something better but it does the job for now.

I have had an issue with an upper receiver from them and just ended up scrapping the entire thing. Barrel nut was over torqued which twisted the receiver. Wouldn't allow a bcg to function or it to mate with any lower. I contacted them and they suggested I sand it to fit a lower. Great and thanks but that won't make a bcg fit!

I see them as being very hit or miss. Either you get a good product or not. It's a gamble.
