I'm gathering parts to build a new upper. So far, I've picked up a Vltor MUR, Troy 15" SDMR, and a Wilson Combat 18" Recce Match barrel.

I'm leaning towards a Failzero BCG and am wondering if anyone here has experience with these products.

Thanks.

They are OK, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get one; my LWRCIs came with them.

I have one it works.  I have had no problem with mine in 2 years+.  Would I buy another one, nope.  I paid $200 for it.  I can buy a phosphate spikes or even a BCM for less.  At the end of the shooting day, all of these BCG's clean up nearly the same.  I can completely clean them with a Hoppes oiled wet wipe, comes in a plastic container made for lubrication, not particularly a solvent.  Now 3-6 months later with baked on crust, I have no idea, because I am not one that can let his equipment sit around and be filthy for months at a time.  I shoot I clean.  I might shoot two days in a row and then clean but none the less.  I find the nickle boron was simply not worth the extra expense for me.  YMMV.  good luck with your choice, mine works well, as far as function.

I speculate that lubricant choice may play a significant role in NiB discoloration or staining.  I'm running a full synthetic diesel motor oil and wipe and relube at the end of each shooting session.  Only takes a few minutes.  I stopped round count on the WMD BCG at around the time this photo was taken.  Somewhere around 1200-1300 rounds.  I know that's not much, but it seems to be almost pristine.  The oil is Shell Rotella T6 5w40.  It is also inexpensive at $6 a quart, which may last a lifetime.  Maybe it will eventually stain, but no sign yet.

I like all my FZ BCGs.  I paid $99 for my last FZ BCG.

I have no complaints.  They work rather well.

I have had one for years I have beat up very well. It was the first nibx coated carrier I ever owned and I am on around 4k rounds and when I had it get really stained I took a scotchbrite pad to it and it looked like brand new..

Nothing but a great experience here with mine.
