| I helped three friends build AR-15's using the premium 16" CL hammer forged FN barreled uppers and the PSA premium M-16 bolt/carriers. All three shoot great and are reasonably priced. We used RRA NM lower parts kits and PSA 6 position butt stocks on PSA lowers. The PTAC line is cheaper and use cheaper components. You really have to read the description and know what your buying. Also if you order an upper it usually takes two to three weeks before it arrives at your door. |
You don't mention just what upper you are wanting info on, but I can tell you this, everything that I have received have all been good to go. Uppers, lowers, and different components. I have also purchased some of their "Blem" items, I have yet to find anything that might be considered a "Blem" of any kind. Many others have the same results.
