Hello,
Do not know if I am putting this in the right spot. I placed and order with Shadow ops weaponary back in February of this here and can't get any one from there to answer the phone or emails. Is anyone else having this problem? Did they go out of business? He charged my Credit card 3 days after order. Below is from my log on on there site. | Ya I bought an "in stock" 308 BCG a couple months ago and after a month of unanswered emails I had my CC company reverse and cancel the charge. A few days later I got a rather douchey email from the owner. Get your CC to cancel the charge if it's not been too long. They may make nice stuff, but it's pointless if you can't get it. |
| I did get several products from them (lower, upper, couple bcg's) and yes the wait was LONG. I ended up talking to Paul about the delay on a custom upper/lower laser engraved pair and think he is a good guy - but company is poor at communication. I am waiting for a custom build (very fair pricing) that has taken a long time but I am anticipating a great product. I would recommend calling first but he has been very fair at refunding money ... just my opinion but wanted to give some feedback from a different point of view |

That seems surprising as their website page has a status update on their website...
Current Status As of Sunday - 8/31/2014 - Our retail shop is closed for labor day to the public, but will be open on Tuesday from 9am to 5pm. All pre-orders for lowers should be shipped within 60 days according to current production rates. All lowers are the newer "Match Grade" ones with the tightening screw. ... |

Back in January I "bought" a shadow45 suppressor from SOW using there promo code for this suppressor.
Little to Zero communications from SOW. Finally found out in early August the Form2 for the can hadn't been filed yet, never mind a Form3 to my dealer. It took my 3weeks running to get my money back from SOW. During this time I was given, via email, 5 different stories why the product wasn't available. Go to the SOW website, the shadow45 shows 42 available. I have zero faith in that company and will never do business with them. OP, good luck getting your money back. |

Yes it is a 308 BCG. I bought it from them due to a coupon they where offering to members of this site. I have already started a claim with my CC company. I have sent many emails through there site and have left tons of voice mails not one response since March when I was told 2 weeks. Thanks Again Guys |
