Is anybody aware of a source for a barrel completion kit?  I'm looking for one package that includes parts like the gas tube/roll pin, delta ring and parts, etc?

I'm just looking to save a few bucks in lieu of purchasing all of the parts separately for a 20" barrel build (standard configuration, not free-floated).

I've seen "delta ring kits" with everything - nut, delta ring, spring and retainer clip - but I don't think you'll find that with a rifle-length gas tube and roll pin.  BCM has the "delta ring assembly" in stock for $10.50

Not all gas tubes come with the roll pin as a standard - in fact it's almost rare that they do.  BCM includes the pin; their rifle-length tubes (with pin) are $13.50.  I'd grab this while they're in stock and get the delta ring assembly too to combine the shipping.

Does your barrel already have a handguard cap?  $3.00 at BCM for all barrel sizes and all shapes.  It's a hassle to install on a barrel that has the FSB already installed without one, but for a standard 20" upper, you need one.

Anderson has several different parts kits for a upper receiver.  You may have to purchase the rifle length gas tube separately.  They have $10 flat rate shipping for Labor Day and 10% off your order with coupon code "tenoff".

Thanks, I was actually looking at BCM as they seem to have everything I need.

The barrel does have the triangular cap installed, thankfully.  It's a NOS FNMI A2 barrel with cap and nut, so I just need the delta ring parts, gas tube parts, and front sight post and parts.

Ebay, the EE, or Palmetto State Armory are probably the best places. I ordered pretty much all the parts you're needing (Except with a carbine gas tube) off PSA last week.

I bought the Yankee Hill Machine carbine gas tube that's in my rifle for $10 from e-bay with free shipping. Plenty of delta rings on e-bay with free shipping also.
I just checked and there are complete delta ring assemblies for $9 with free shipping.

I worry about buying AR parts from ebay sellers....  WAY too many folks selling Airsoft stuff, knock off parts, and fakes.  If a reputable vendor also sells on ebay, that's different, but I like knowing who I"m buying stuff from, and knowing they're selling the real deal.

This is true - there is a lot of crap on e-bay. You just have to be careful is all. A Yankee Hill Machine gas tube is a Yankee Hill Machine gas tube. Another place to look is in the classified add section of Armslist for parts. I got some decent parts for my carbine there because they were extra's a guy had left over from rifles he'd built. Other than that, you simply have to bite the proverbial bullet and pay the shipping costs from other companies. In that case it is wise to buy as much as you can at once because the shipping will be cheaper overall. DSArms has the parts you're looking for, so does JSE Surplus and PSA. The question will be how much do they want to charge for the shipping?

There are a couple of reputable vendors who do sell on e-bay. If you need an adjustable gas block you can get the BTE or Seekins Precision gas blocks there and they'll cost in the $50-60 range. You'll save a little by getting free shipping is all.
