Using iron sights, does one focus on the top of the front sight post, middle...I am new to the platform and looking for the most accurate method for hitting the center of the target.

The top of the front sight post should be centered in the rear sight.

Tip of the FSP


Focus on the FSP when shooting. Don't stare at the target or you'll hit all around it. Target should be somewhat blurry

That view right there has helped me win a bunch of matches.

Equally as important is your "cheek weld".    There's a grove between the bone below your eye and your upper jaw.  Your stock should fit in the groove the same way every time...to the point where you can close your eyes.."weld" it...and when you open your eyes the sights are lined up.
