Putting together a PSA P-Tac lower parts kit in a lower and tested the trigger for function. It was gritty.
So gritty and stiff I thought about replacing it. Then I remembered something I had read about how to smooth out a gritty trigger. I took the FCG out and removed the lube from the hammer,disco and the trigger. Reinstalled the FCG and began to dry fire the lower. Cock the hammer, pull the trigger, catch the hammer. Over and over again. Did it while watching TV Did it around 1,200 times. Now I have a sweet trigger. |
