Attention all members and owners of AR-15 rifles.
Please do not purchase any AR-15 products from Ice Arms (www.icearms.us) as this business practices in deceptive business. As of the beginning of 2014, the Better Business Bureau of Hudson, New Hampshire has three complaints against Ice Arms with the most recent of 4/8/2014. I've purchased a complete upper on March 21, 2014 and the owner of this business told me in a lengthy telephone conversation on March 31, 2014 that my upper should be shipping the week of April 6th, 2014. Well to my amazement, no upper has been shipped and the owner fails at communicating with it's customers to provide statuses on their orders and shipping information. You have been fore warned! |
| Sorry to hear your another victim. There was a topic on them last year here...a whole 25 pages of complaints: ICE ARMS COMPLAINTS They had so many complaints on their facebook page, so they deleted their facebook page. |

I unknowingly tried to order a barrel from them a few days ago, and (fortunately), the web page wouldn't take my money.... nor did they respond to two emails that I sent. Then, I read the unflattering threads about them. I think I'm lucky.
Who else carries 6.5 inch .300 blk barrels? |
| My first experience with Ice Arms was bad as well...Ordered a BCG over a month ago. Still no shipment and no communications. Keep using the excuse that they are moving but that doesn't excuse them not communicating with customers or shipping past orders. Poor Customer Service. Lost a customer on their first shot with me. |
