What is your opinion of the best target style trigger? Not a two stage trigger just a normal smooth light trigger for my all around ar?

Yep,

I put one on an old rifle. Really nice for the price.

I have a 4.5 lb. pull flat trigger that I really like.
Installation is crazy easy and crazy quick.

For a single stage I have been using Timney 3# dropin triggers. I like they way they break and for long range shooting they work very well.

The best single stage I've ever had is the original JP. Hands down. Takes some time to install but if it's done right, it's the best single stage out there regardless of price.
