Are you meaning a drop-in USGI type single action trigger that is a flat blade instead of the usual curve? I'm guessing this due to the mentioning of "mil-spec".

Yeah, "mil spec" as a search query will not return good results because a flat bow is specifically NOT "mil spec". Truth be told, even the standard trigger is not mil spec because it's not select fire. I'd try searching for a single stage flat trigger. Or just get a Geissele SDC

OP , I think that trigger you got pictured there is a CMC single stage. Should be about 3.5lb break, smooth ,crisp and short  reset, sells for around  160. If you've looking for a single stage trigger , that's a good one. Not sure why you're looking for a mil-spec trigger, If there is anything "mil spec" leaves to be desired, it's the trigger (besides select fire of course).

The Mega trigger pictured above is about the closest I have seen to a flat bladed mil-spec trigger.

That's a CMC single stage trigger, they come in a few pull weights, from 3.5 to 6.5, there's no way to tell what you have unless you have a way to measure the pull weight or the package that it came in.
I purchased the Flat 3.5 pull, but returned it for the Flat 4.5. The pull of the 3.5 was just too light for my liking.
It's a good trigger if you want a single stage, I really like mine.

Simply put... no there is not. The only 2 fully flat fcg's I know of are the Geissele and the CMC. The AR gold, Timney, and Mega are close, but they are not flat.

Your sol. Buy a CMC or G, as that is your only options.

You could probably flatten the bow on a standard trigger with careful application of a file, maybe a dremel if you're steady handed.
