I've been tempted lately.  PSA has had some good sales and so far I've been strong.  Now they have a blemished upper (wo/bolt carrier group) AND blemished upper AND bolt carrier group all on sale.  I'm looking for one that isn't too nice because it is going to be used to train my sons in on the AR.  Anyhow, to deal with my temptation, I knew I could come to a place of reason and strength when it comes to firearms buying, which is AR15.com.

My question is, if I buy the three, can I drop the bolt carrier group into the upper receiver and go, or do I have to have a gunsmith do something to it to make it safe and reliable?  FYI, the last time I tried to find a "gunsmith" in this rural area to do some AK work, I was 0-7, with one "gunsmith" asking me "What is an AK?"

UPDATE: So this "full auto" bolt carrier of PSA's, (http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ptac-5-56-full-auto-bolt-carrier-group-w-carpenter-158-bolt.html?utm_source=Huge+AR-15+Upper+Sale+Starts+NOW&utm_campaign=Constant+Contact&utm_medium=email)  is there any problem with putting it in a simple AR-15?  Any problem with it being a "full auto" part?

Yes, if a complete upper it would just be inserting the BCG and CH requiring no gun smithing. Just slap onto a finished lower.

Generally yes, provided you've got all the pieces and you assemble them correctly.

Does the upper have a charging handle and sights?
Is the lower complete with buttstock, buffer, spring and internals installed?

No gunsmithing is required on an AR "build" (assembly) as long as the upper has been barreled - the rest is non-precision work with hand tools, like assembling Ikea furniture.
