Can I use my existing bcg from bushmaster in any upper ? Will head spacing be ok ?

99.9% chance yes.  But you can get a headspace gauge to be sure.

The more wear each component has the greater the chance for a headspace issue.  But that takes a significant amount of wear.

The answer is...probably.  How many rounds on said BCG and upper its going into?  Best bet would be check the headspace to be certain....especially if its all used.
