| I just purchased a diamondback db15. It has a full picatiny rail on the top and 2 inch rails at the front end on the sides and bottom. Is there anything I can buy to extend the bottom or side rails without having to replace the whole hand guard? |

From the looks of it, no. Looks like a yhm style hand guard and has no provisions for mounting more rails without some gunsmith work.
As a lover of smooth skinny front ends I'd ask why need the rails. Have you tried just using gloves? A lot of people are moving away from VFG/afg to smooth and or a simple handstop. There is plenty of space for lights and what not. |

I used yankee hill tools when working on the handgaurd. |

I like the smooth look as well and that look is part of why I purchased that specific rifle, but I installed a vertical foregrip and just wish it could be a little further back. |
