My cousin has a bushmaster XM-15 he wants to trade. I do not have the serial # but he bought it during the Clinton years when the flash hider was both pinned and you could not move the M4 stock. Are these worth less?

I have one from the same era. I put an adjustable stock on it and shoot the heck out of it. It's a great rifle.
