| Hi members, and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving day. Here's my question. Is it safe to keep ar15 magazines loaded indefinite or should you on occasion remove the rounds from the magazine ???? Does leaving them loaded all the time, weaken the springs...?????? |

Leave it loaded. Springs wear out from use, ie load/unload, load/unload. You can leave a mag loaded for years and it will still work.cheaper mags might suffer from feed lip separation over time though. |

Being a member for 8 years, and not knowing the answer to this question means that he hasn't read anything at all over those 8 years.
