So I recently have been approached by someone to trade my Daniel Defense DDM4V5 for a Bushmaster ACR (enhanced version). I've only had my DD foe about a month now and have only put 50 rounds through it so basically brand new. Not sure on the round count of the ACR. I've always liked the ACR and SCAR rifles and thought about trying the piston systems but I love my AR platforms. Haven't wanted to drop the money for the ACR but here's a chance to get one. Trust me if I could I'd just have both. Any suggestions or experience with both to tell me some opinions. Also I'm planning on meeting up with a friend this weekend to shoot his ACR. Just looking for some insight. I have done some research about the flaws of the ACR and wonder if it's as reliable as my DD.

I agree with the others, for that trade I'd keep your DD. I'd trade it for a SCAR or SR-15 or maybe even a Noveske.

Yes I did already know what I was going to do and I appreciate everyone's input. I guess it was one of my problematic impulse almost made the wrong decision but thankfully didn't moves.
