None of the above.  Cast magnesium.

I built a rifle on their lower, and quality was pretty good.  I wouldn't waste any time with it if you're not going for light weight.  But, if you want light, but don't want plastic, it's pretty cool.

DEFINITELY not going for lightweight. Building a bruiser. Just saw them at a decent price and had never heard of them. Thanks

It looks like the price is dropping, and maybe the quality as well. I have two of these, the first was $179, the second $149, and now they're on sale at $119. They look really nice, are solid and very lightweight, the first build was perfection. But the mag well on my second one seems pretty loose, I haven't fired the newest rifle yet and I'm worried it may have feeding issues because the magazine rocks a little bit more than what I think it should. I'll know in a few days when I get time on the range.

If it's not light weight you want, I'm seeing regular forged lowers well under $100 pretty regular now.  That's what I would do.

The mag tactical lower also uses non-standard hammer and trigger pins (they are slightly longer), which are included with the lower.  Go forged aluminum.
