I think I beat this dead hoarse long enough, I was going to sbr the receiver but after ten years decided not too. I'm looking for the m4a3 complete 16" upper receiver with removable carry handle. seems like everybody is fresh out.

Keep checking PSA's site, they have good uppers at a good price. It will not take much research here to find out that everybody likes them. And no, I do not have one---yet.
