I have a chance to buy one of their lowers cheap. It appears they are defunct and screwed a lot of people.
However, wife is a Scorpio and I am leaning towards the purchase since the money won't really go to them anyway at this point. My question is... What is a good matching upper? As you guys know, sometimes the magwell ridge doesn't match up... I am kinda particular about this. Especially since I plan it as a birthday build for my wife. |

Scorpion Tactical also has Scorpion receivers, as well as Scorpio Tactical (unless it went under also).
So Code Red shut down? If so, good. Tony Vega, the owner, was kicked off of ARFCOM by the Penguin. Not many people on this site actually got their receivers because most cancelled their orders. Your best bet is to actually try multiple random uppers at a gun shop if you want all the contours to match. |
