I just got me my first AR a little late, but better late then never. With the Gun being like a Jeep anmd you can buy all kinds of stuff for it what should be one of the first thigns I get?

Personally I would start by figuring out what I plan to do with the rifle. If it's a 16" barrelled Home Defence rifle that will be engaging things from 5-150yrds I would personally get a Aimpoint PRO and a good rear sight and shoot the hell out of it. Practice with your irons as well, but a red dot is a ton of fun and very efficient for quick follow up shots.
I'd then go with a sling and a good weapon light. |
