That little bit of a difference is enough that you notice it through your optic???

I have seen a lot of people mention their eotech touches the front rail even when the rail is level. Its not a big deal.

The fit on my Les Bear upper is worse. That looks acceptable to me.

Mine is similar, very minor height variation. I have my Eotech behind the gap so it doesn't bother me anyway,  in my opinion yours looks just fine. Oh yeah, that color is nice too.

After discussing the fit issue on the phone with you I explained your upper receiver rail is probably on the low side of the spec.
Then I replied to your email but never heard back from you to discuss what we can do.
Although since you have been posting about it I gather you are not happy with the hand guard.
We encourage you to stop back by the shop with your upper and your receipt so we can remove the hand guard and refund your money.

Thank You

I don't see the problem? Most aftermarket rails are not going to be absolutely perfect. Of all my rails, my DD LIte 12 is the best fitting one I own.

That looks completely acceptable to me.  I would not be unhappy with that.
