I was just going through my stash and realized that other than 10 rounds of .223 soft point, (which I bought when Bush the First was in office) ever y other round I have is .55gr. FMJ. I have a Colt SP1 and a Stag Model 2, with the Stag being the primary HD gun, but I have not changed ammo. Both shoot the 55gr. load very well, but I know there are better HD loads out there than the .55gr ball round. The Stag has the 1/9 twist, so with that in mind, recommend a good round or rounds for me to try.
