How should I ship my AR back to Bushmaster? I have a return authorization from them It has a gas issue, so should I zip tie the case shut with just the bare AR in the case with no mags and just attach the label to the hard case and UPS the thing or what?

No need to send the lower.

Wrap it up safe and secure and send it insured.

These work great for uppers.  Just add bubble wrap.

Just for future reference all guns and gun parts require it to be in a box, even if it is in a case.   You can't be able to look at the box and tell there is a gun inside.  So if you have a box with Bushmaster logos all over it, you can't use it.  FedEx and UPS both would reject it.
