I am in the process of installing a Wilson Combat barrel into my Vltor VIS upper. I started to slide the barrel into the upper, wow, it is really tight. Should the barrel slide in fairly easily? I realize some lube will help but I think it will take some tapping. Is tapping the barrel with the FH on going to be o.k.? This is my first time so I apologize if this is a silly question.

Thanks in advance! The VIS tend to run tight, intentionally. |

Thanks in advance! The VIS tend to run tight, intentionally. I had read here that the VIS would be tight, this was a bit more than I expected. Thank you for confirming, I will try the suggestion above. |
