1. Prohibit importation of "non sporting" ammo.
2. Prohibit importation of many semi auto firearms. 3. Prohibit importation of magazines that hold over 10 rounds. 4. Increase # of shotguns models "not suitable for sporting purposes", thus title II. 5. Define adding mag extension to a shotgun as "manufacturing" a title II firearm. 6. Create reporting requirements for bulk ammo purchases. 7. Create reporting requirements for purchasing multiple magazines. 8. Define standard capacity magines as machine gun parts. 9. Define slide fire stocks and similar products as machine gun parts. 10. Prosecute people who get declined on NICS checks. 11. Define offering multiple firearms for sale in auctions and at gun shows as being in the business of selling firearms. 12. Require military surplus brass be shredded as part of the demilling process. 13. Steer government arms contracts to companies that voluntarily restrict lawful sales to civilians. 14. Require firearms at gunshows be secured in a prohibitively expensive way. 15. Adopt regulations which make shipping firearms by common carrier more costly. 16. Change the way that rifle barrel length is measured, making many rifles with 16 inch barrels title II. |
