I'm finally getting my upper for my ar , it's a 16" rock river with a11" troy rail and bolt included. Now I need sights I was thinking Magpul or Troy back-ups with a red dot. What do you guys think would be a good option?

There's a lot of good options for sights, stick with name brand irons and you'll be fine(just be wary of ebay). As for red dots, there's a lot of options for all budgets.

Money is tight for the next week or two but I picked up a pos tasco for $40 and I'll save my money for a quality optic
