Actually, I didn't. A buddy of mine fronted me the money for one being that I'm a broke ass college student. In other news, it's a DoubleStar. Never even heard of them, but apparently it was the last one of the shelf. I see they sponsor this site.
I'm not new to firearms, but to AR's I am. How can I identify which model DS this is? The box, nor the firearm had anything specific as to which model DS it is. I looked on DS's website, and they have several flat top AR's. |

Pics would be good. This would rule out the guessing game. Nah, Ohio State wouldn't let my conservative ass in that program. I'll try to get some photos up after Christmas, my AR is at my buddy's house still. But, I did join the NRA and I've went to 3 different stores today, called 5 others, all AR15's and .223/5.56 sold out. |
