I am running a carbine buffer and spring on a mid length gas system.
How can I upgrade this set up to nicer parts to make it shoot even better ?

What about the JP flat wire spring and a Spikes T2 buffer ?

Springco Blue wire with a T2 or H2 works great on my middy.

Thanks guys I just ordered the jp spring st t2 buffer and a pof roller pin and gaskey.
