Ok guys, im starting 2 projects. Ive got a new bushmaster that I am turning into a self defense/playing around gun for the house. Then ive got a Colt Sporter that im turning into my coyote gun for when we go out shooting dogs. I want to go with a low profile gas block for them. I know with optics the tall front sight wont matter, but, I like the clean look of the low profile gas block. So my question is what one do you guys recommend?

Unless it will be exposed, I prefer a shaved down FSB to a clamp on/screw on gas block.

I forgot to put that as an option. Shaving down the ones on the gun would be easy and probably better than the clamp on ones like you said. Thanks!!

It's really a matter of personal preference.  I feel that it's the most robust way to accomplish it but admittedly I have Larue lo pro blocks that I use.  Also, if you think you'll ever want to put the FSB back on at some point, getting a lo pro block will be the safe route.
