Is it possible to take off the iron front site off a PSA 16'' M4 Premium MOE Carbine
or is it hard to do?

reason why am asking am either buying the

PSA 16'' M4 Premium MOE Carbine

or

DPMS PANTHER Semi-Automatic 223 Remington/5.56 NATO 30+1 Cap

or

DPMS Panther Sportical .223 6 Pos. Stock

still havent made my mind up. really like the psa but not sure about those iron front sites

Yes the Front sight can be removed.  Couple of good solid whacks with a mini sledge (using a punch) and they will come out.  Soak them in Kroil or PBblaster and make sure you are hitting the small side of the taper pins.

Out of those....PSA all the way.

I would get the PSA and see if you like the front sight on their and taking it off isnt hard if you do the taper pins in the right directions and gas blocks are easy to put on.
PSA makes great products and you won't be disappointed with them.

The easiest thing to do would be to just shave the front sight block down with a Dremel. But I recommend that you use the irons for a few weeks first, because you might end up liking them.

If I may ask, why do you not want a front sight? Just curious?

i would think the front sites would get in the way when i put optics but not sure, and plus the ar's look cleaner without the front sites in my opinion

You wont see the site with higher magnification.   You may have a shadow with low magnification but for the most part it is not a problem.

If it were me, i wouldnt go DPMS just because of a front sight. Yes, it can be removed. But PSA really does good at what they do, so they are on there good. just had mine removed the other week. I would definately take it to a gunsmith who can do it for like 40 bucks. that 40 bucks will be well worth it when sticking to PSA over DPMS. Great little rifles that PSA makes. Love mine, 0 issues even through steel case ammo. Like mentioned, higher magnification wont see the front sight base, but red dots will so its a personal preference. i had a lower 1/3 cowitness on my eotech with the FSB, but got rid of it, installed free float rails, and flip up sites. i like it a lot better now.

The Stag is nice but is about $150 more and for what its worth (maybe nothing), is 1/9 instead of 1/7 like the PSA and has a 4140 barrel instead of Mil Spec like the PSA.

(I should probably mention that I recently ordered and am awaiting delivery of a PSA Premium M4.)

You can take the front fixed off.  My FFL did the conversion for free when I bought the new forearm.  Here's both of my PSAs...

OD is SHTF defense weapon: lighter weight at about 6lbs unloaded - all PSA with the exception of BCM charging handle and EXPS-2

Black is Precision/Target weapon:  PSA heavy premium upper (front sight removed and gas block installed), PSA lower with DD lpk, JP VTAC Front rifle-length forearm, BCM BCG and BCM charging handle, TA-01 ACOG, Harris lightweight 6-9 Bipod

On your OD weapon, what LPK from Palmetto did you go with. I need one, but not sure if I should step up to kit above their standard.

I bought the rifle complete, so it just has the standard PSA lpk in it right now.  Trigger was a little stiff when I bought it, but I've gotten used to it after about 1000 rounds through.

Will probably upgrade that eventually, but that would be the only piece at this point.  Everything else, safety, mag release, all works like a champ.

Skip the DPMS.  If you must have a sport type AR look at S&W otherwise the PSA you listed is ok.
