I have a first post answer. I think you should be good with any that you listed pick whick one that the features you like (Rails,stock, grip) and go with it. Or save to save a little money buy a basic run it for a while and you will figure out what you dont like about it and what you want to change. That is one thing great about the AR the possiblities are endless... welcome to the site.
